Of course, you may never reach the ultimate situation, but a journey towards that end has similar satisfaction.

Sex therapy promotes your understanding on your sexuality and that of your partner’s. Sex in the marriage can be wonderful glue or a terrible wedge between couples. A good sex life has infinite benefits, whether on health, psychological or emotional pedestals. The frequency of sex is left for the couples to determine the number they are both comfortable with. As a quick note, sex is among the most effective anti-depressants, so treat that splitting headache with a dose in the bed.
